  • Advising LetterOne Group on acquisition of the German oil company RWE Dea for the amount of EUR 5.1 bln, including obtaining the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) permit in Ukraine.
  • Obtaining the AMCU permit for acquisition by Altimo Cooperatief U.A. of shares of VimpelCom Ltd, which provided excess of 25% of votes in the highest management body of VimpelCom Ltd.
  • Obtaining the AMCU merger clearance for acquisition by Koch Industries, Inc. of shares of Buckeye Technologies Inc., for the amount of USD 1.5 bln.
  • Representation of Polish insurance group PZU in obtainment of the AMCU merger clearance for a number of concentrations – acquisition by PZU Group of four insurance companies operating in the markets of Poland, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.
  • Obtaining the AMCU permit for acquisition of 25% of shares of Alior Bank (Poland) by the largest Polish international insurance group PZU.
  • Advising Ukrainian enterprises, which are included in Sorbes Group, on protection against unfair competition and successful appeal in court against the AMCU decision on recognition of the client as a participant of cartel agreement and imposition of multimillion fine.
  • Acquisition by Hydro Energy Holding of several companies that manage hydroelectric power stations, for the amount of USD 40 mln, in particular, obtaining merger clearance from the Antimonopoly Committee.
  • Legal support with respect to the acquisition of 60% block of shares of IDS Borjomi, including obtaining the AMCU merger clearance.
  • Obtaining 6 AMCU merger clearances during restructuring of holdings of international investment industrial group.
  • Obtaining the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine permit for the acquisition of shares of a number of regional companies on gas supply and gasification under privatization.
