Experience

As one of the best specialists in in Antitrust, Competition, Corporate Law, Oleksandr Fefelov has been carrying out antitrust regulation work in Ukraine for 25 years. His general professional experience is more than 30 years.

Oleksandr Fefelov successfully represents clients in antitrust disputes, participates in consideration of cases on unfair competition, abuse of monopolistic market position, violation of antitrust laws, coordinates obtaining merger clearances of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. Advises clients on issues of corporate law. In addition, Oleksandr successfully represents and acts on behalf of clients in disputes with other business entities and state bodies in cases involving violations of competition laws.
