Experience

Ivan Maryniuk joined Ilyashev & Partners in 2019 from Deloitte, where he was a Tax Consultant. His practice focuses mainly on international and domestic taxation and advice in private client matters.

Ivan’s experience involves transactional and advisory work across all taxes and levies (incl. taxable objects, taxes and levies accrual; filing obligations, tax residence rules, tax due diligence of agreements, etc.), administrative and judicial appeal against decisions of the tax authorities, as well as its actions and omissions.

Ivan Maryniuk is an expert in currency regulation of foreign economic activity, currency restrictions and other legal issues regarding currency regulation and control in Ukraine.
