Andriy Lytvyn has been working at Ilyashev & Partners since 2011. Andriy specializes in dispute resolution in general, economic, and administrative courts, representation of interests in bankruptcy cases, tax, and shareholders disputes, appeals against public procurement procedures. Andriy Lytvyn advises enterprises on current economic activities, represents interests in interaction with state bodies and local authorities.

Andriy Lytvyn has significant experience in IT sector, advising software developers, web studios and e-Commerce projects on corporate, tax, employment, and criminal areas of law.

Pursuant to the current legislation Insolvency Receiver Andriy Lytvyn is registered with the State Tax Service of Ukraine as a self-employed person and carries out his independent professional activities. The insolvency receiver is not under any relations of authority regarding other employees of the law firm.
