Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm successfully defended the interests of one of the largest agricultural traders in a dispute against the State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine regarding the recovery of losses.
The agricultural trader suffered significant losses as a result of non-loading of grain and blocking of railway wagons with grain composition from the State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine.
The State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine refused to settle the dispute pre-trial, so Ilyashev & Partners went to court to protect their client’s rights and interests.
On June 19, 2023, the Northern Commercial Court of Appeal upheld the ruling of the Commercial Court of Kyiv City of 24 January 2023, according to which the claims of the agricultural trader for the recovery of losses were satisfied in full.
