Experience

Vyacheslav Sytyi has been working at Ilyashev & Partners since 2009. Vyacheslav’s primary focus is corporate, M&A and corporate restructuring. His additional expertise spans over general corporate matters, bankruptcy, dispute resolution. Vyacheslav takes part as a corporate law expert in major shareholder disputes.

 

Vyacheslav regularly advises international and Ukrainian clients on various Ukrainian law matters arising in commercial transactions, provides development of business schemes to clients, represents clients in courts.
