The focus of Hanna Yasynska’s practice is providing legal support to Ukrainian and foreign businesses in various sectors of the economy, including those involved in the defense industry and logistics.

Hanna drafts procedural documents in commercial and civil proceedings, including statements of claim, motions, procedural objections, and analytical memoranda. By conducting preliminary case assessments, organizing evidence, drafting arguments, and preparing court materials, she assists attorneys in litigation proceedings.

Among Hanna’s work experience is international commercial arbitration and international sports arbitration, which includes drafting procedural documents, reviewing arbitration case materials, and analyzing legal issues related to the regulation of sport activities and dispute resolution in sports law.
