Experience

Vyacheslav Sytyi has been resolving complex court disputes and protecting business interests for many years. He represents Ukrainian and international companies in commercial, civil, and administrative proceedings before courts of all instances, including the Supreme Court. He handles disputes involving foreign elements and cross-border conflicts.

Vyacheslav’s practice covers disputes arising out of breach of contract, debt recovery, damages claims, invalidation of transactions, protection of property rights, and other commercial conflicts.

His clients include companies from various sectors of the economy, including industry, energy, agribusiness, logistics, construction, and services. He applies a strategic approach to dispute resolution aimed at protecting assets, minimising financial losses, and preserving clients’ business reputations.

His practice focuses on alternative dispute resolution (ADR), including arbitral proceedings and international commercial arbitration. Vyacheslav advises on the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards in Ukraine, as well as the recognition and enforcement of foreign court judgments in accordance with international treaties and Ukrainian procedural law.

Vyacheslav serves as Chairman of the Permanent Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Law Firms Association and has substantial practical experience of resolving commercial and other disputes in arbitration proceedings.
