Experience

Yevgen Solovyov advises major Ukrainian and international companies on the corporate law issues. He is a part of Ilyashev & Partners legal team since 1999.

Yevgen’s main areas of specialization are corporate law, M&A and dispute resolution. He also provides legal consultations in the spheres of general corporate law issues, corporate restructuring, real estate and bankruptcy, criminal law.

Yevgen Solovyov advises the firm’s key accounts on the particularities of commercial transactions, develops commercial plans and represents the clients’ interests in court.

Pursuant to the current legislation Insolvency Receiver Yevgen Solovyov is registered with the State Tax Service of Ukraine as a self-employed person and carries out his independent professional activities. The insolvency receiver is not under any relations of authority regarding other employees of the law firm. The law firm has no influence and may not have any impact on the decision-making process and/or performance/non-performance by the insolvency receiver of his obligations.
