Marina Riashchenko majors in international commercial and investment arbitration, as well as in trans-border dispute settlement.

 

Marina Riashchenko handles cases in the international arbitration proceedings in accordance with arbitration rules of LCIA, SCC, GAFTA, FOSFA, ICAC at the Ukrainian CCІ, etc., as well as the arbitration-related litigation proceedings in the courts of Cyprus, the BVI, Germany, Czech Republic, Latvia, etc. She has an experience in litigations with sovereign parties involved, including governments and state-owned enterprises. She represents her clients’ interests in the litigations, related to recognition and enforcement of arbitration awards and resolutions of foreign courts in Ukraine.
