For 28 years Mikhail Ilyashev has been managing Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm. Mikhail’s practice includes participation in numerous cases regarding foreign investments in Ukrainian companies and enterprises, structuring of international M&A, billion-dollar due diligences. Every year his team handles over 100 projects in the Corporate field, acting on behalf of both local and international companies, private investors and state enterprises.
