Experience

Dmytro Hruba has extensive experience in land law, real estate, and agribusiness, representing leading Ukrainian and international companies in courts of all instances and before public authorities. He focuses on the protection of title to land plots and commercial and industrial real estate, comprehensive legal support for investment and construction projects, privatisation of real estate assets, conducting due diligence, and resolution of land and property disputes.

In the agribusiness sector, Dmytro advises on complex land disputes, transactions involving the sale and purchase of land plots and lease rights, negotiation and execution of lease, emphyteusis, and easement agreements, and represents land users in court. He acts for agricultural holdings and private landowners, ensuring protection of property rights, recovery of damages, and mitigation of legal risks.

Dmytro has substantial experience in construction and commercial real estate matters. He advises on construction contracts, investment agreements, and damages recovery, and represents clients in corporate and property disputes, combining litigation expertise with in-depth industry knowledge. A separate focus of his practice is legal support for business relocation projects and the development of new production and industrial facilities.
