These issues include those related to state and public procurement, protection against unfair competition, investigating cartels, combating monopoly abuses, and obtaining permits for concentration and concerted actions.

 

The legal expertise of Alina Borovets covers general corporate issues. Alina provides comprehensive legal support to clients in matters related to business setup and running in Ukraine. She accompanies state inspections of enterprises and protects clients’ interests in economic, administrative and civil disputes.

 

In 2021, Alina Borovets became the best young lawyer according to the Ukrainian Advocates’ Association.
