On February 7-8, VIII Annual Analytical Conference “Ukrainian Pharmaceutical Market. ReFARMAtting-2013” was held. The conference was organized by “MORION”, “COMCON Pharma-Ukraine”, “Proxima Research” and “UkrKomEkspo”. The company “STADA CIS” was the title sponsor.
Irina Kirichenko, Patent Attorney of Ukraine, Lawyer of Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm spoke as an expert during the discussion at the 5th session of the conference “Innovations in the regulatory policy of the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market”. As part of the report, I.A. Kirichenko focused on the peculiarities of competition law enforcement in the pharmaceutical industry.
