Ukrainian Women in Law 2023: Olena Omelchenko, Valeriia Gudiy and Marina Riashchenko Аmong Market Leaders

Partners at Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm Olena Omelchenko, Valeriia Gudiy and Counsel Marina Riashchenko were recognized as the Market Leaders according to the results of the Ukrainian annual national survey Ukrainian Women in Law 2023. Survey results were published by Yurydychna Gazeta on 21 December 2023.

Partner Olena Omelchenko, who heads the International Trade Practice at Ilyashev & Partners, was rewarded under the title Ukrainian Women in Law 2023 in the nomination of Legal Market Leaders for recognition at the global level, presence in international ratings, recommendations from colleagues in the market, social and public activities.

Partner Valeriia Gudiy and Counsel Marina Riashchenko were recognized by the survey Ukrainian Women in Law 2023 in the nomination of Market Leaders – New Generation Stars.  

Founded in 2016, the Ukrainian annual national survey entitled Ukrainian Women in Law recognizes women lawyers who introduce changes to Ukraine. This year, the survey analyzed the work experience of 120 law firms of Ukraine during the war. The study was made on the basis of a survey of legal business representatives, the bar, in-house legal departments and Yurydychna Gazeta, which is an expert in market sectors.
