Vitali Galitskihh, Head of Tallinn Office of Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm and member of the board of Ukrainian-Estonian Chamber of Commerce, delivered a report within the framework of the Ukrainian-Estonian business forum that took place on 22 April 2021. This event was arranged by Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Dnipropetrovsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
In his overview of Estonia’s business environment, Vitali dwelled on e-Estonia — the governmental digital service system for Estonian residents and on e-Residency function available to non-residents, which allows to register companies, take advantage of bank services and pay taxes.
“Estonia has ranked first in the International Tax Competitiveness Index for the seventh year in a row, being the most transparent and the least corrupt nation in the whole Central and Eastern Europe region,” — stressed Vitali Galitskihh.
Mariana Betsa, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Estonia, Kaimo Kuusk, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Estonia to Ukraine, Magnus Ilmjärv, member of Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and representatives of business environment of Dnipropetrovsk region also delivered their speeches at the forum.
