Ukrainian companies doing business in Estonia are going to create an association. It was announced by Mikhail Ilyashev – the Managing Partner of a reputable Law Firm Ilyashev & Partners during the reception on occasion of the Official Visit of H.E. Kersti Kaljulaid, President of Estonia, with local investor and partners, which was held on May 23, 2018.
According to Mikhail Ilyashev, the association will comprise the companies whose founders – Ukrainian investors – conduct their business operations in Estonia.
“The association will contribute to entering the Estonian market by Ukrainian business, – Mr Ilyashev pointed out. – The founding companies are planning to conduct a constituent meeting of the association prior to the moment when the autumn business season starts”.
It needs to be reminded that Ukrainian citizens have registered in Estonia the biggest quantity of companies under e-Residency – Estonian state-supported program organized for the foreign online- entrepreneurs. With assistance of Estonian digital ID-card Ukrainian businessmen have already established more than 450 companies, leaving the entrepreneurs from Germany and Finland behind. Estonian e-Residency cards have been issued to more than 4 200 Ukrainian citizens.
