Roman Protsyshyn and Marina Riashchenko Entered the List of Arbitrators of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association

Roman Protsyshyn and Marina Riashchenko, Counsels of the Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm, were added to the list of arbitrators of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association who can participate in international arbitrations related to Ukraine.

Roman Protsyshyn is a leading expert in the field of international dispute resolution with 15 years of experience in legal field. Specializes in international arbitration and arbitration-related court proceedings in the UK, Ukraine, and EU countries. Roman handles high-profile and significant cross-border disputes in the international transfer of military and dual-use items, banking, and energy infrastructure. Represents clients in international investment and commercial arbitration disputes, sports arbitration. Roman Protsyshyn personally protected the interests of Ukraine in the first interstate arbitration under the rules of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement.

Marina Riashchenko has over 10 years of experience in international arbitration and dispute resolution spheres.
