Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm became one of the leaders in the Pravo.ru-300 rating in the “Bankruptcy”, “International Dispute Resolution” and “Corporate Law” categories. The results of the largest Russian rating of law firms were announced on December 3, 2021.
For the first time in five years of participation in the Pravo.ru-300 research, Moscow office of Ilyashev & Partners has been recognized in three areas of law at once. The firm entered into:
- Group III of the federal rating in the category “Bankruptcy” (including disputes) in the high market segment;
- Group III of the federal rating in the category “International Dispute Resolution”;
- Group IV of the federal rating of law firms in the category “Corporate Law/Mergers and Acquisitions” in the mid market

Pravo.ru-300 research has been compiled by Pravo.ru portal since 2010 and is a leading Russian survey in the legal market. Pravo.ru-300 includes federal and regional ratings of law firms in 30+ categories. In 2021, for the first time in the history of the survey, a number of categories in the federal and regional ratings received the high market/mid market gradation, reflecting the materiality of the supported projects.
The rating methodology is based on an assessment of the project experience of law firms, as well as on client feedback regarding the quality, level of service and the ratio of cost and quality of legal services. The rating participants are evaluated by an expert council consisting of the directors of legal affairs and heads of legal departments of the large companies. The researchers analyze the financial and statistical indicators of law firms, their projects in the practices they specialize in, examine opinions of the ranking participants about their colleagues and competitors, study information from open sources and the one submitted by clients.
