On 5 December 2018 the results of the ninth annual survey Pravo.ru-300 were announced. Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm was included into the 3rd group of the federal rating of law firms in the category “Bankruptcy”.

The legal support in the insolvency (bankruptcy) cases is one of the most important activity directions of the Moscow Office of Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm since its establishment in 2015. The first major client in this field was JSC BTA Bank (Kazakhstan), which has previously lost its assets of over USD 2 billion in Russia.
In 2018 Dmitry Konstantinov became the Firm’s Head of Insolvency and Financial Restructuring Practice in Russia. Today, our lawyers provide legal support in the bankruptcy proceedings of several legal entities and individuals with a total amount of accounts payable exceeding USD 30 million.
Pravo.ru-300 rating has been developed by Pravo.ru portal since 2010 and is a leading Russian survey in the legal market. The study involves legal companies providing their services in Russia. The researchers analyze the financial and statistical indicators of the companies, as well as their projects in the practices they specialize in, examine opinions of the ranking participants about their colleagues and competitors, study information from open sources and the one submitted by clients. The rating participants are evaluated by an expert council consisting of the directors of legal affairs and heads of legal departments of the large international and Russian holdings and companies.
