For the seventh year in a row, Olena Omelchenko, Partner, Attorney at Law and Head of International Trade Practice at Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm, has been included in the authoritative international legal handbook Who’s Who Legal‘s list of leading Ukraine lawyers recommended for work in Trade & Customs.
The Who’s Who Legal lists Olena Omelchenko since 2017. She has been recommended as the leading individual in International Trade according to the independent research by international directory The Legal 500 – EMEA 2023, Best Lawyers International 2022 ranking and by national surveys Ukrainian Law Firms, Client’s Choice: TOP-100 Best Lawyers of Ukraine.
In total, the latest WWL: Trade & Customs report included 621 practitioners from 314 firms in 42 jurisdictions around the world. The ranking highlights the world’s top trade and customs and international sanctions lawyers from around the world. They are selected for their outstanding work on matters ranging from anti-dumping, safeguard and countervailing duties matters to trade remedies and regulatory issues surrounding international trade and related litigation.
Who’s Who Legal is an independent study that annually – since 1996 – rates over 70,000 leading lawyers in 80 practice areas from over 150 countries and includes only firms and practitioners that achieved leading positions in respective fields of law in their jurisdictions. The professional edition allows an accurate selection of firms and practicing lawyers to provide legal services within the territory of the country in a particular field of law.
