For the second year in a row the international rating IFLR1000 Financial and Corporate 2020 recommends Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm for cooperation in all the countries where it has its offices.
According to the results of the annual research the offices of Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm are recommended:
∙ in Ukraine — in practice areas of M&A, Banking and finance, Project development, Restructuring and insolvency;
∙ in Russia — in practice areas of Restructuring and insolvency;
∙ in Estonia – in practice area of Financial and corporate.
The guide points out that: «In banking and finance the firm regularly assists clients on refinancing loans and offers support on financial services regulatory mandates.
