Dmitry Konstantinov, the Counsel, Head of Insolvency and Financial Restructuring in Russia at Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm, became a co-author of “Executory Contracts in Insolvency Law: A Global Guide” published by Edward Elgar Pub in 2019.
The book has been prepared by 40 experts from the different countries; Dmitry wrote the chapter on executory contracts in Russia.
«In our country executory contracts are not so widely discussed, – said Dmitry Konstantinov. – Nevertheless, in the last years such contracts and property associated are a subject of interest for the courts. Probably, in the following years inappropriate regulation will be recognized as a problem in Russia as well».
The publisher notices that the edition offers a unique, comprehensive, and up-to-date transnational study of the topic in more than 30 countries. The book is going to be useful for politicians and anyone involved in the law-making process. The research includes extensive review of executory contracts in the developed and developing countries along with “an analysis of certain countries which have never previously been undertaken in English”.
