Roman Marchenko, Attorney at Law, Insolvency Receiver, Senior Partner at Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm, and Counsels, Insolvency Receivers Andrii Konoplia and Vadym Kizlenko passed the exam under the Training Program for Bankruptcy Cases of State-Owned Enterprises and Business Entities.
In September 2023, Ilyashev & Partners’ employees were among the first in Ukraine to complete a Training Program for Bankruptcy Cases of State-Owned Enterprises and Business Entities in accordance with the Procedure defined in the Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine No. 2617/5 dated 20 July 2023.
According to the new requirements of the Code of Ukraine on Bankruptcy Procedures, in order to exercise powers in bankruptcy cases of state-owned enterprises and business entities, in the authorized capital of which more than 50 percent of the shares (participation interests) belong to the state, the insolvency receiver shall pass an exam under the Training Program for Bankruptcy Cases of State-Owned Enterprises and Business Entities.
Roman Marchenko, Andrii Konoplia and Vadym Kizlenko successfully passed the exam and received the corresponding certificates.
