Maksym Kopeychykov moderated in the Building Business Workshop “How to negotiate a project in the new conditions?”

Maksym Kopeychykov, attorney at law, Partner of Ilyashev & Partners, moderated in the Building Business Workshop “How to negotiate a project in the new conditions?” held on November 11, 2011 in the conference hall of Opera Hotel.

During the event, the experts discussed effectiveness of the Law “On the Regulation of Urban Planning” and the new rules for approving projects in Ukraine. Maksym Kopeychykov noted that the “perfect model” envisaged in the Law has been applied for less than half a year, and some problems remaine, although the Law was generally assessed as positive.

The event was also attended by Oleksandr Rybak, Head of the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate of Ukraine, Inna Tsukanova, Head of Directorate for Organization and Audit of Construction of the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate of Ukraine, Serhii Kucher, Head of the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate of Kyiv, and others.
