In June 2011 Ilyashev & Partners, one of the leading law firms in Ukraine, was the legal partner of the Ukrainian National Committee at the International Chamber of Commerce of Ukraine (ICC Ukraine).
ICC Ukraine is the first National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce in the CIS countries, which received permission for its formation in 1998 by a unanimous decision of the ICC World Council. Currently, there are 4 national committees of this kind (Ukraine, Lithuania, Russia, Georgia).
The International Chamber of Commerce is an independent nonprofit international organization, which assists in solving the most pressing problems facing business. It was established in 1919 and now unites thousands of enterprises, associations and companies from 140 countries of the world. ICC cooperates closely with the international organizations, such as UN, WTO, World Bank and others being their collective advisory body.
