Further to the annual survey Ukraine’s Best Employers – 2019/2020 issued by the international HR web-site grc.ua (previously – HeadHunter Ukraine), Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm has been ranked among the Top 5 employers in the field of law.
Ilyashev & Partners has been enjoying its position among the Top 5 employers since 2017, when the Rating Ukraine’s Best Employers published its findings regarding the legal market for the first time.
The research was conducted in two stages: from September to December 2019 and from December to February 2020 in the form of an online survey with participation of 844 and 2631 respondents, respectively.
Best Employers represents a reflection of the mood of job applicants. The purpose of this research is to determine what particular features the job seekers value most in the Ukrainian employers, what factors they pay attention to when choosing a company, as well as what professions they are attracted to. Target audience includes active applicants: students, young professionals with 1-2 years of experience, as well as the candidates with more extensive (3+ years) experience. The ranking extends to more than 450 companies representing 19 various industries.
