Experience

Oleksandr Rudenko joined Ilyashev & Partners in 2020. Oleksandr previously worked for almost 5 years at KPMG in Ukraine and Germany, where he advised both international and large domestic companies on various aspects of conducting business in Ukraine.

Oleksandr has an experience of successfully supporting milestone M&A transactions on financial markets and on real estate market, implementing complex corporate re-organizations of diverse groups of companies, engaged in the industrial sector and in digital economy, as well as considerable track of consulting both domestic and international financial institutions on the issues of bank regulations and licensing and financial regulation framework applicable in Ukraine.
