Andrii Konoplia was repeatedly appointed as the administrator of property, rehabilitation manager and receiver of large enterprises. Andrii has been working at various stages of bankruptcy proceedings.

Andrii Konoplia is officially certified to act in bankruptcy cases of state-owned enterprises and business entities, in the authorized capital of which more than 50 percent of the shares (participation interests) belong to the state.

Pursuant to the current legislation Insolvency Receiver Andrii Konoplia is registered with the State Tax Service of Ukraine as a self-employed person, and carries out his independent professional activities. The insolvency receiver is not under any relations of authority regarding other employees of the law firm. The law firm has no influence and may not have any impact on the decision-making process and/or performance/non-performance by the insolvency receiver of his obligations.
