Vadym Kizlenko specializes in Insolvency and Dispute Resolution. Vadym is acting as an insolvency receiver in many cases. He has positive experience of completion of bankruptcy cases through the redemption of all claims of creditors, as well as by signing the settlement agreements.

Vadym Kizlenko is officially certified to act in bankruptcy cases of state-owned enterprises and business entities, in the authorized capital of which more than 50 percent of the shares (participation interests) belong to the state.

Pursuant to the current legislation Insolvency Receiver Vadym Kizlenko is registered with the State Tax Service of Ukraine as a self-employed person and carries out his independent professional activities. The insolvency receiver is not under any relations of authority regarding other employees of the law firm. The law firm has no influence and may not have any impact on the decision-making process and/or performance/non-performance by the insolvency receiver of his obligations.
