Oleksandr Denysenko specializes in commercial, corporate, contractual, and civil litigation, providing comprehensive legal and strategic protection of clients’ interests and minimizing corporate, contractual, and asset-related risks.
He advises Ukrainian and international companies, private investors, state-owned enterprises, and individuals across various sectors of the economy, including banking, extractive industries, transport and logistics, insurance, and agribusiness.
Oleksandr represents clients in court proceedings and interactions with state authorities, handling corporate, commercial, banking, and financial disputes. His extensive experience includes interim measures, asset freezes, and the enforcement of court judgments, as well as the recognition and enforcement of international arbitration awards.
Family law and asset management are among Oleksandr’s key areas of practice. He provides comprehensive legal support from negotiation and mediation to court representation and settlement agreements for family disputes, inheritance disputes, and property division disputes.
Oleksandr also advises on inheritance matters, including cross-border succession, drafting wills, accepting inheritance, and resolving property disputes between heirs.
