Roman Marchenko, Attorney at Law, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, Senior Partner at Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm, has been recommended as one of the leading experts in Asset Recovery by the reputable international legal survey Who’s Who Legal 2024. The specified survey, which results were published on 12 July 2024, recognized only six practitioners from Ukraine this year.
Roman Marchenko represents large international and Ukrainian companies, private clients in cases related to Asset Recovery. Annually, Roman Marchenko initiates criminal proceedings against debtors, including abroad, and supports international searches through the Interpol and international extradition.
The 2024 overall ranking list, formed as part of a survey of clients and law firms in 83 countries, includes 730 experts from 390 law firms.
