Vadym Kizlenko, Counsel, Insolvency Receiver, and Co-Head of the Insolvency and Financial Restructuring Practice at Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm, has joined The Committee on Enforcement Law of the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA).
The UBA Committee on Enforcement Law brings together leading experts in the field of bankruptcy and financial restructuring and serves as a professional platform for discussing key issues related to the development of insolvency, court practice, and legislative initiatives. The elections took place from 24 November 2025 and consisted of several stages: the submission of applications by candidates, the presentation of programs, and electronic voting by members of the relevant committees.
Within the framework of the Committee Council’s activities, Vadym Kizlenko will take part in shaping the professional position of the legal community, preparing analytical materials, strengthening cooperation with international institutions and experts, as well as developing proposals aimed at improving the legal regulation of bankruptcy and insolvency procedures in Ukraine.
The Ukrainian Bar Association is a professional legal organization in Ukraine that unites attorneys, judges, academics, and representatives of the legal business. The Association promotes the development of the legal profession, improvement of legislation, and the formation of legal culture. Also, it serves as a platform for professional dialogue in Ukraine and internationally.
