Bankruptcy proceedings initiated against SJSC “Khlib Ukrainy” under the claim of F.J. Elsner & Co Gesellschaft mbH

The Kyiv Commercial Court initiated bankruptcy proceedings against the State Joint Stock Company “Khlib Ukrainy” under the claim of F.J. Elsner & Co Gesellschaft mbH (Austria). The reason for claim was non-fulfillment of contractual obligations of SJSC “Khlib Ukrainy”. Interests of the Austrian company are represented by Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm.
