The rating of top managers was made based on estimates of independent experts: analysts, experts of ministries and departments, industry associations, representatives of the leading business media. In addition, the representatives of business, who by the nature of their activities cooperate with many top-managers, were involved in the assessment.
The research center Top 100 is created on the basis of the Ukrainian Investment Newspaper, which entered the publishing business 15 years ago.
