Maksym Kopeychykov, Attorney, Partner at Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm was elected (for the second time) a Member of the Public Council at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine as a representative of Association of Ukrainian Law Firms.
Maksym Kopeychykov is actively participating in the work of the Public Council to ensure successful law-making activities.
According to his statement: “the Public Council at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine is an important platform for cooperation of the state executive authorities, business and society”.
Acting as the Head of banking, financial and real estate practices in Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm in 2015 Maksym Kopeychykov is planning to assist the Public Council in its work related to improvement of legislative norms on registration of real property rights.
It needs to be noted that under the Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine as of December 06, 2014 the powers of the preceding members of the Public Council were prematurely terminated for appointment of new members of the Council with the purpose of effective implementation of provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On purification of the ranks of power”.
