Dmitry Konstantinov, a lawyer of Moscow office at Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm, was a speaker at the 3rd annual conference “Legal Risks Management: Status 2017” held on November 1-2 in Moscow.
In his speech Dmitry addressed the issues related to risk management in a counterparty’s bankruptcy, shared his views with the audience about subsidiary responsibility of a debtor’s managers and supervisory persons, and about the creditors’ affiliation and how to countermeasure it.
Among the speakers at the event there were the heads of legal departments of the leading Russian and international companies, such as: Gazprom Neft, Rosatom, X5 Retail Group, Megafon, Rosvodokanal, Sibur, Auchan, Danone, Coca-Cola, Dell, L’Occitane, GE Healthcare and others.
