Irina Kirichenko, lawyer at Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm, Patent Attorney of Ukraine, presented a report in the panel discussion on «Healthcare reform 2017. Reform of the system and provision of medicinests» at Pharmacy Summit Ukraine-2016 held by Public Organization «Pharmacy Professional Association of Ukraine» on December 01, 2016, on the premises of «Cosmopolite» conference hall in Kyiv.
The Government adopted on November, 9 the Resolutions № 862 «On Public Regulation of Prices for Medicinal Products» and № 863 «On the Implementation of the Reimbursement of Medicines Costs» that became the «hot topic» for discussion at the summit.
According to Irina Kirichenko, the fact that the procedure for price calculation has not been provided for discussion yet raises major concerns, as it requires public consideration for about a month.
This year about 200 representatives of pharma community, regulatory authorities, law companies, professional organizations gathered at Pharmacy Summit, which traditionally presented a venue for dialog and exchange of experience and ideas.
