This training session is a volunteer project organized by the Renewal Charity Foundation and the International Charity Foundation Caritas Ukraine, which are engaged into working with children and young people.
The idea of “Caritas Financial Literacy” is a training course on how to handle and manage money. Among the participants of the project are the boys and girls whose families face adverse life circumstances. They are teenagers who visit Caritas youth centers in their home towns where they receive psychological support, build their character etc. Study of the financial skills for them is a way how to set goals, shape their future, communicate and become stronger.
Caritas Ukraine is a part of the biggest network of charity organizations – Caritas International. In the course of 24 years Caritas Ukraine has been rendering financial, psychological and legal assistance to hundreds of thousands of people in need.
