Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm has successfully protected the interests of a private client in a dispute arising from sub-standard aesthetic surgery services. Through an out-of-court settlement, the firm secured the payment of fair compensation by a private clinic.
The client engaged Ilyashev & Partners following unsatisfactory results from facial surgery. Post-operative complications not only failed to meet the expected aesthetic outcome but also directly indicated a breach of medical standards. This necessitated additional medical treatment for the client.
