Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm represents the interests of the Fencing Federation of Ukraine in the Court of Arbitration for Sport as to the cancellation of the decisions of the Extraordinary Congress of the International Fencing Federation (FIE) dated 10 March 2023 about the return of Russian and Belarusian athletes, as well as officials of the said countries, to participating in individual and group competitions.
