Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm took part in the Ukrainian business seminar organized on 11 May 2023 in Tallinn by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia for entrepreneurs interested in helping to rebuild Ukraine and doing business in the Ukrainian market.
The seminar addressed issues such as relocating production to Ukraine, finding opportunities for investment and partnership, and Estonia’s role in the reconstruction of Ukraine.
Ilyashev & Partners, together with Glimstedt, provided practical advice on doing business in Ukraine, focusing on currency control, taxation, and customs regulation, as well as corporate and labor issues.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia, the Embassy of the Republic of Estonia in Ukraine, the Estonian Centre for International Development (ESTDEV) and business representatives attended the event.
