In December 2016, Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm opened an office in Tallinn, Estonia, extending its practice in the European Union. The new office of the firm specializes in providing legal services to companies in Estonia.

The office is headed by Vitali Galitskihh, an Estonian expert in corporate, tax, labor law and dispute resolution. Vitali graduated from the Tallinn University of Technology and the University of Tartu, the oldest university in the Baltic States and Northern Europe; he has a degree in IT law and e-commerce of the University of Hannover, Germany.
