Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm has been ranked among the ten best employers in legal services industry following the deliverables of Ukraine’s Best Employers 2020/2021 survey by grc.ua international staff recruitment portal (previously known as HeadHunter Ukraine).
Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm is ranked among the best employers on Ukraine’s legal services market since 2017, when the Ukraine’s Best Employers Ranking featured law firms for the first time.
The survey that covered the period of 2020-2021 was conducted in two stages: from February till March 2020 and from March till April 2021 in the form of an online polling. The ranking was completed based on the polling of over 6000 candidates, who shared their view on the attractiveness criteria pertinent to potential employers, the things they pay attention to when signing up for employment offers, what industries they consider to be the most appealing ones and what companies they would like to work for.
Following the deliverables of the survey in question, the following factors have been the most important ones when accepting an employment offer of a particular company: a company’s market stability (69 %), a company’s financial sustainability (60%) and its corporate culture (38%). These factors are ultimately predominant in all regions and among any age group. A company’s social responsibility stance is also an important criterion to be considered by the candidates (29%).
Comparing the data collected over the recent years, the criterion of “a company’s market stability” has grown considerably more important within the candidates’ queries. In the opinion of overwhelming majority of the candidates (83%), an ideal employer is viewed as a company that offers competitive wages, duly performs under the entirety of its social undertakings (official employment, etc.) and ensures comfortable labor conditions.
