Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm rendered legal support to the family of a soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who died in a war zone.
The soldier died while performing a combat mission in a war zone in August 2022. The family of the soldier applied for legal assistance to Ilyashev & Partners due to a long delay in granting a single payment allowance in the amount of UAH 15 million by the state authorities.
Ilyashev & Partners provided the family with comprehensive legal support and managed to speed up the payment of the allowance by submitting relevant requests and appeals to the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, as well as the regional territorial recruitment and social support center of servicemen.
Dmytro Lazebnyi, Attorney at Law of the Kharkiv Office of Ilyashev & Partners, handled the project. Legal services to the family of the soldier were provided by Ilyashev & Partners on a pro bono basis.
