By its Decision dated 27 January 2021 the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv reinstated Volodymyr Mykolaiovych Isaienko in the position of the Rector of the National Aviation University. Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm represents the interests of V. Isaienko in a labor dispute with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
According to the court’s decision, the reinstatement of V. Isaienko shall have immediate effect from the date of his dismissal, namely, from 21 October 2020, with compensation of his average salary for the period of his forced unemployment.
The project was handled by the Attorney and Counsel Valeriia Gudiy, the Attorney Iryna Demchenko and the Lawyer Olena Sereda under direct supervision of the Senior Partner Roman Marchenko.
