The working group on legislative drafting was set up for interaction between the Ministry of Justice and the representatives of civic institutions during implementation of the CMU Activities Support Program. The working group is assigned with the task to develop a staged Plan for drafting legislation. The Department for Interaction with Public Authorities will ensure institutional arrangements for holding meetings of the working group.
The working group consists of: Inna Yemelyanova, First Deputy Minister of Justice; Ruslan Ryaboshapka, Deputy Minister of Justice and Deputy Chairman of the Working Group; Alina Panchenko, Director, Constitutional, Administrative and Social Legislation Department; Igor Koliushko, a representative of the Centre for Political and Legal Reforms; Maksym Latsyba, a representative of the Ukrainian Center for Independent Political Research; Maksym Kopeychykov, a representative of the Association of Law Firms of Ukraine; Robert Sivers, Acting Director, Department on Anti-corruption Legislation and Legislation on Judiciary, and many other leading experts.
