Irina Kirichenko participated in seminar “Urgent problems of protection of intellectual property rights in a judicial procedure”30.06.2011Irina Kirichenko, patent attorney, lawyer of Ilyashev & Partners, delivered a speech at the research and practical seminar “Urgent problems of protection of intellectual property rights in a judicial procedure” held on June 30, 2011 at the Institute of Intellectual Property of the National University “Odessa Law Academy” in Kyiv. The seminar was organized by the Institute of Intellectual Property of the National University “Odessa Law Academy” together with the State Service of Intellectual Property of Ukraine. The seminar brought together over 30 participants, including heads of the leading legal, patent law, law firms and agencies, patent attorneys, experts on intellectual property from the higher educational establishments and legal experts in various fields of jurisprudence. |
