Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm was a partner of V Annual Conference of Corporate Lawyers (Legal Counsels) organized by the Ukrainian Bar Association, which was held on April 20, 2012 in the conference hall of President Hotel.
The Conference of Corporate Lawyers brought together the leading experts in law, legal counsels and heads of legal departments of the most famous and successful companies in Ukraine.
The participants had the opportunity to learn how to minimize risks of parties when buying real estate, practical aspects of business entities reorganization, as well as decriminalization of tax crimes, ways of bringing the internal personal data processing in compliance with the new legislation.
Maksym Kopeychykov, attorney at law, partner of Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm, moderated the third session devoted to the personal data processing.
