Experience

Artem Mikhailov is an experienced сonstruction, real estate and land law legal expert, undertaking work for major Ukrainian projects. His expertise is consolidated by practical understanding of all the nuances of licensing procedures, requirements and building standards thanks to his previous roles with local authorities and other public sector bodies, including Kyiv City State Administration, Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine.

Artem Mikhailov is usually involved in the drafting and negotiation of contracts by major developers, landlords, property investors and banks.
